1. Introduction
   Welcome to Frontier Land Auctions,

By Accepting the Terms & Conditions of this auction you acknowledge and agree you are entering into a legal and binding contract. PLEASE READ WITH CARE.

2. Definitions

• "Seller" refers to the landowner listing a property for tender.
• "Buyer" refers to any individual or entity submitting a bid for a listed property.
• "Tender Process" refers to the open on-line bidding system used to facilitate property sales.
• "Winning Bid" refers to the highest or most favorable bid accepted by the seller.

3. Participation in the Tendering Process

• All participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to engage in real estate transactions.
• Buyers must conduct their own due diligence on listed property(s) before submitting a bid.
• All bids must be submitted before the stated deadline. Late bids will not be considered.
• Sellers reserve the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any bid at their sole discretion.

4. Bid Submission & Acceptance

• Bids must be submitted in the prescribed format and accompanied by any required documentation.
• All bids are unconditional and legally binding and once submitted, cannot be withdrawn or altered without prior approval.
• The seller is not obligated to accept the highest bid but may consider various factors, including financial terms and closing conditions.

5. No Hidden Fees

• Frontier Land Auctions does not charge hidden fees. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before bidding or listing a property.
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own legal, notary, or transaction-related costs associated with the sale unless stated otherwise.

6. Transparency & Fair Dealing

• All bids remain confidential until the tender deadline.
• Frontier Land Auctions ensures a fair and transparent process but is not responsible for any disputes arising between buyers and sellers.

7. Closing the Sale/Deposit

• Once a winning bid is accepted, a deposit of 10% of the winning bid amount is required within 3 business days and both parties must proceed with the necessary legal and financial steps to complete the transaction.
• Failure to comply with agreed-upon terms may result in legal action or financial penalties.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Frontier Land Auctions acts as a platform facilitating the tendering process and does not guarantee any specific sale outcome.
• We are not liable for misrepresentations made by buyers or sellers, or for any financial losses resulting from participation in the tendering process.
• All property details are provided by the seller, and Frontier Land Auctions makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of listings.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Frontier Land Auctions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
