NOTE: The sale is sheduled to close at 1 PM Friday but if a bid comes in in the last minute prior to 1PM another minute is added to the sale and will continue that way until the bidding stops. "THERE WILL ONLY BE A 0NE MINUTE DELAY BETWEEN BIDS AFTER 1 PM.

NOTE: Rules pertaining to Oil and Gas Lease Revenue: Any Oil and Gas Lease revenue payabler prior to the Closing Date on a Purchase Agreement remains with the Vendor. Any Oil and Gas Lease Revenue coming in after the Closing Date on a Purchase Agreement will go to the Buyer.
